Obviously, she isn't your true friend if she makes fun of you and insults your family like that. Tell her that your friendship is over; a true friend would never say bad stuff about you and your family. Good luck.

one word: ignore. she sounds like a horrible friend! she is totally jealous of you.. in fact, she probably thinks she deserves a horse and a great family but doesn't have it, and *thinks* u don't deserve it. that's really crappy friendship. in fact maybe she's only hanging around so she can somehow use or manipulate you!! and u seem nice enough to call her a friend, so perhaps u let people bulldoze u around sometimes??? that's so opposite of selfish..people only accuse it like that when THEY are selfish...not getting what they want = YOU being selfish?? that's just lame. i would say, start ignoring her and find some Real, Good, Positive friends who don't care about ur horse or ur money or whatever. that way when u ignore her tantrums, it won't bother u cuz u have all these other great people. if it's hard to find good friends who don't want to use u, make sure u maintain ur relationship w/ ur family, ur bros and sis, and give support to eachother. eventually if u are happy and strong and confident person, u will attract similar people who are also strong and happy and secure, and u will be strong enough to ditch crappy friends like this girl. take care~ don't let others bring u down... make sure u ARE a great person, so u know they have nothing on u.

If it seems awkward to confront her and talk to her abt getting along. So u can start by saving up some money, buy her a present for her birthday or somehing. But buy her something gd and useful and of value that she would like. For instance, an Ipod wld be cool. That is the first step that will wanna make her get along with u as well. But if u happen to quarrel after u gave her the Ipod, dont bring it up or even ask for it back, as she wld most probably use it to break ur face. My sister always throws things at me whn she quarrel.

Gee, doesn't sound like she's much of a friend then, does it?

Cut your losses and stop talking to this girl. Life is much happier when you take out the trash.

Sounds like you need to get a new friend. That one has some serious control and anger issues.
