Im fast with my fingers and good in developing powerpoint slides. Would like to put these 2 skills to earn extra money. Does anyone have any job referrals or recommendations on where I can put my skills to good use, thanks.

Data entry, secretary, personal assistant.

if you have prior experience as a secretary or personal assistant, you can expect quite attractive salaries. Especially if you are going to be supporting senior management or in a mnc, they are willing to pay quite high wages :)

The first two that came to mind was virtual assistance or typing services.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

I think they have temps to help do up PPT slides.

Surf and see who Bowne's rivals are and see got any openings for temps.
