Any healthfood store or GNC should have it.

Good Luck!

Hi - be careful with the Castor Oil. If you take to much it can cause severe diarrhoea and vomiting. In fact the whole point of castor oil consumption is that it causes muscle contractions in the abdomen and it was assumed that these spasms could help speed up contractions of the uterus.

I personally would stay right away from castor oil.

Try burning in an oil burner clary sage oil. This is a smell that some ppl hate but you can also dilute/mix it with a base oil like almond oil, olive oil or even baby oil and rub it onto your abdomen.

Raspberry leaf tea is a good thing to drink as it will help with contractions - regulating, ease of etc.

A lower back massage (gentle) can help too.

With the Evening Primrose capsules I have heard of ppl inserting these vaginally but I wouldn't recommend it while you're in labour. Stick to taking it orally.

Personally none of these methods worked for me in any of my pregnancies.
It is a well known theory though that it is the use of these methods over time that can help with labour induction.

The best thing to do if you can is get some prostaglandins near your cervix - if you have a regular partner this involves sex as the prostaglandins reside in sperm. After sex raise your hips and try to rest for as long as possible as the sperm needs to pool at the cervix.

Hope I helped
