It's not really secret. They do it openly and all the time.. think nuclear testing in Nevada in the 1950s, lsd tests on soldiers in the 1960s, syphillis testing on soldiers (Tuskegee Experiment), and on and on.. just check some of the declassified info you can get from the gov't. It's good reading.

Tuskegee experiment... they only targeted blacks so I guess that is okay cause blacks are disposable....
