Definitely not! There is a lot of G.I (gastrointestinal) tract between your bum and your mouth, and it is very rare for things to go backwards up the tract from further down than your stomach.
The bowels (intestines) move their contents using something called "peristalsis" where muscular contractions push things along. This is so powerful that it is possible to drink water standing on your head!
If you hold a fart, usually it will just get metabolized away. (Absorbed)

If you hold in a fart,it won't come out as a smelly burp but it will make you nauseous.Never hold in flatulance;it can prove dangerous.
