Photoshop is a comerical software,600 USD worth, so you cant get it for Free. Anyway there is still free software you can use.

Legally you can't download the full version.
You can however download the Gimp. It is a full featured photo, graphics editor comprable to Photoshop, but instead of being proprietary, it is 100% free and open source (free as in speech and beer).
