Cain&Abel Password recovery
Use Credential Manager Password Decoder
Credential Manager is a new SSO solution that Microsoft offers in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP to provide a secured store for credential information. It allows you to input user names and passwords for various network resources and applications once, and then have the system automatically supply that information for subsequent visits to those resources without your intervention.

Sometimes you can get lucky by repeatedly hitting F8 at startup and choosing to boot in safe mode and choosing administrator there. Sometimes, people create a user account that has administrator privileges and give it a password, but they never make the main admin account password protected. If you can get into it from safe mode, just go to control panel / settings / users / choose the passworded account and remove the password. If this trick won't work, there are 2 harder ways that will. One is to get this thing here http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/... and create a boot floppy that you boot to and can create another admin account that you can use to get in and do what I described above. Another thing is to create the ultimate boot CD for windows and use it, but that's an endeavor to create. It can be done. I do it all the time. People give me their computers to work on and go on vacation or something and when I start working on them, sometimes they have a password and I forgot to ask for it, so I just do this and they think I'm cool :)

Aight this is the easiest question on this site:
Turn on your computer and some how get to start up options - u do this by like clicking F12 or F10 depends on what it tells you when the manufacturer logo appears.
Select start up in "Safe Mode"
When the computer loads up in safe mode, you will see that there is a new user account called "Administrator". This will have no password but has limited features designed to fix problems.
Under safe mode administrator, go to Start >>> Control Panel>>> user accounts>>> and go to your account and REMOVE PASSWORD.
Then all you do is restart normally, log on to your account w/no password, and make a new one!!!
yee yee mad easyy

I find the best way is to take it to an expert and they can do it for you it happened to my laptop and it was cheap and quick. So look for a computer shop and ask if they can do it and how much.
