ROOMMATE(S) Needed (Greeley, Colorado / West Side)?

Question

I have a Large 4 1/2 bedroom house, and have one possibly 2 rooms available. I am looking for someone that isn’t too crazy but fun, and someone that is clean, no drugs, and stable. Rent is only $325 a month which includes Gas / Electric, high speed internet, Cable TV, Trash, Phone, and Water, plus washer and dryer. The house is on the west side of GREELEY, Colorado only a couple blocks west of Wal-Mart and like 3 minutes from AIMS Community college. PLEASE, only serious inquiries. You might want to try craigslist.com for this, you will probably get better results.
