No! come to talk of it, I have a friend who is suffering from HIV.All her other friends ran away which i thought was a mean thing to do as she doesn't show any sign of being sick. I am the only one that is by her side now. I love her the same as before and we share things in common. No one will come between us as friends, cause this could happen to anyonhe.

No, not at all, that is the same as abandoning them if they had cancer, heart disease. I would talk to doctors, and find out what i need to know, for my own safety, and the best way of attending to my friend.

Absolutely NOT! I simply COULDN'T!! How could I be a best friend and abandon them when they need support the most? That's NOT what best friends do!

No because if I really called myself their best friend, even the thought of leaving their side when they need me the most would never go through my mind. That is what a true friend is!

Nope...I would take extra precautions to not get infected, but I could never abandon my best friend.

no because for one they are my best friend and 2 they are going to need support from people and that support being from there best friend is showing them that they will be there for them no matter what
