My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I am supposed to be ovulating now. However, every time we have had sex lately I bleed afterwards. It's just a little bit, and at first I thought I was starting my period (it has been a little eratic after I got off my pills.) I thought it was a one time thing, but last night it did it again. It's not a lot, but enough to make me very confused. Is this normal? I'm also cramping but they feel like my regular ovulation cramps.

I just had a pap smear and long examination by my doctor in June because we are going to start a family. There was a concern about cancer early this year so we did a ton of tests and all came back negative. I'm pretty sure it's not cancer.

You might have fibroids, or endometriosis. Don't get scared by the cancer posts.

I recently had some bleeding after sex. BUt it turns out it was a hormone surge.

Your best bet would be to call your OB/GYN.

Good Luck.

Sometimes it is normal to bleed after sex. Also, your husband may be too rough. If you are dry in that area, your husband may be so rough that he can cause a tear in your vagina, your hormones could be acting crazy, and last but least, you may have a serious MEdical problem that needs to be check out. Dont forget, some pregnant women can bleed throughout their pregnancy.

Bleeding is not normal after sex. It means you've damaged something unless it is your normal periord. If it stops after a little while, then you have a problem. Go and see the doctor, there's really nothing that can be done without looking at you.

I don't know where you are, but if you're in the UK you can call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 for help - they can answer questions and suggest to you a further course of action. They're a good place to start if you're not sure whether you need to see someone. They are friendly and helpful.

You need to get to the doctor ASAP and get that checked out!

Not to freak you out or anything (and maybe its absolutely nothing) but one of the first signs of uterine or ovarian cancer is unexplained vaginal bleeding after intercourse.

You need to make sure you're healthy before you try to conceive. Do it for your sake, as well as that of your husband's & future baby!

This occurred to me on the beginning up of my contemporary being pregnant. The well-known practitioner informed me to no longer have intercourse for some weeks and in basic terms wait till the 12 week test. thankfully each thing went effective for me and in case you're no longer having cramps or extra bleeding i think of you would be risk-free. the line on your attempt could be paler with the aid of fact perchance the final one exchange into in the morning? Urine is extra concentrated in the morning. bypass on your well-known practitioner lower back in case you're no longer happy, it is your infant and you are able to desire to be responsive to that each thing is okay.

I don't think that you may have cervical cancer, because it happened to me. It was said that it was because of vaginal dryness and fiance ripped me just a little.

My advice to you is to call a nurse help line and ask them. They will be able to tell you if you need to see your Dr. right away or not. Good luck!!
