What does the word Futzer mean, I believe it is the German Language?

I'm not sure, but I think it's also a yiddish word. To Futz around is to mess around, to be tinker, but not efficiently. So a Futzer would be someone who futzes.

I am a German native speaker and the word does not exist in the German language.
