Wake you up by kissing your neck....serving your breakfast in bed....just what you like....Going to the park with a certain little boy and sitting on a parkbench together watching him play.....Pushing you on the swings..... Going back home in time for you to get a flower delivery at the door..... And many other things.... ....

A great massage, find a book on how to make your own kite then go and fly it at the park, listen to french music for a couple hours, or listen over a nice dinner with candles. Okay pretty much having anything romantic happen, like a first kiss or a foot massage would raise some pheromones and endorphins. Going for a ride on a motorcycle. Skipping out of work for an afternoon movie. Going for a bicycle ride... a long ride. Oh, I can't forget this one. Go to a water park. There's nothing like going during the week when there isn't that much foot-traffic.

I think I could make your day a happy one by answering your questions with a little humor on the outside and, if you dig deep enough, some reflectiveness on the inside.

Happiness comes from feeling grateful.
So often we humans fail to be grateful for The Present Moments Of Life. We consume The Joys Of The Here And Now with a longing for something else. When we are on vacation, we may think of the pressures mounting at home. And when we are at home, we long to be away on vacation. Or when the children are young and energetic, we may wish for a quiet and uncluttered house. And after they are gone, how we yearn for the joyful noise of children to fill our empty home.
Life teaches us that the longer we live, the more we value a grateful heart. And the fact is grateful people are happier than ungrateful people. And they are more interested in helping others find happiness. Feeling grateful for The Blessings Of Life, they are more inclined to give back to the world. Thankful for life's experiences and lessons, grateful people gain wisdom and are more apt to pass that wisdom on to all of those around them. Especially their children.
Grateful people are realists. They know that life has its challenges and heartaches, its satisfactions and joys. To be grateful does not mean we do not recognize the difficulties of life. Gratefulness flows from an abundant heart that rejoices in another day of life, for another opportunity to love and to interact with all of the world around us.
Thankfulness flows from wide-open eyes that see beauty even when it's surrounded by ugliness and peace amidst the storms of life. It may even be that our sorrows and trials become the very things that help gratitude grow in our hearts. Grateful people appreciate the good people around us. We can be thankful for those in the past upon whose shoulders we stand. And we can be thankful that, far more often than not, things tend to work out if we do not give up on them or upon ourself.

Got to be good to yourself, even spoil yourself once in a while, why not go out and shop a little, or even be spontaneous and give yourself a new look at a salon, then hook up with friends to make plans for a great weekend! Don't forget to stop for coffee or a place where they serve your preferred beverage, and don't forget to smile, it's very contagious! Hope that helps some, here's to wishing you a great day!

Miss melancholy, I know how it feels.
So my suggestion is: get up and go to the door, then step outside. You will have an immediate lift in mood.
If you have not showered yet then go take a nice shower,
you will feel better.
After that, go outside (OK, put on clothes first!)

Get your mind off of yourself and do something for someone else. When you are deeply involved in doing for others you will have no time to think about the Me myself and I of things.
Look at the source.
