On hand and knees would make sense. But somehow I doubt your doctor will allow you to deliver triplets naturally. If you're in the US I'm sure the doc will push for a c-section.

Ok again, just like the VBAC lady, you are a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY!!
You need to give birth on your back, with your feet in stirrup and you will be hooked up to all sorts of machinery.
One of the babies may be breech and your doctor will have to turn it around manually, you can't very well do that in a squatting position.
Sorry I am trying to give you a realistic point of view, this about the health and safety of your babies, not your comfort.

for sleeping and being comfortable? I hope you find one. I was pregnant with twins and couldn't find one for the last 2 months of my pregnancy. I just did the mid-night bottle feedings of my 17-year-old sisters newborn instead (since I was up anyway and she worked and I was on bed rest) As for the birth. I had my mom grab one foot and push it toward my chest. One nurse on the other side doing the same thing, and another nurse behind me pushing me into a sitting position. They were pretty high up and I had to push them down to the cervix.

well I had my twins the old fashioned way.... feet in stirrups and pushed like crazy... how big are the triplets?? you may have an easier time with a vaginal delivery (if possible) because you won't have an incision to deal with...I recovered faster after the vag delivery and it was easier to take care of the twins.... hope it goes well regardless

The squatting position has been associated with easier, quicker births and less pain relief in some research. I have several friends who have given birth in this position and in the usual recumbent position and found this much more bearable.
Good luck and congratulations.

You need to discuss options with you OB/GYN for this. Chances are triplets might end up being C-section.

Sit up straight with your knees bent and let gravity handle the rest. This maybe easier to give birth.
Congratulations!
