No problem. I love helping people out. I would just say start rubbing lotion on your hands and feet. Do that every day and in about 3-4 days you will see its going down. I dont think it has anything to do with what you eat.

Hi, If your Mom is willing to help you with this problem have her go to www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and look in the online catalog for the Sea Salt Scrub and the Intelligence Conditioning Oil. I just heard a woman who had ecezma super bad and she started using these two products together and it cleared up her hands and healed them. I haven't personally tried these two products, but everything else that I have tried from Arbonne has done what it said it would do. It takes very little of their products so they last a long time. The only thing is they only ship in the US and Canada. Good luck to you.

Have you seen a Dr. for your dry skin? If you haven't I reccommend that you do. There could be an underlying problem other than just dry skin. There are some pretty basic things you can try to see if they help to relieve it.
1 Drink plenty of water.
2 try changing the soap you use in the shower to Dove (or generic store band equal to)...it contains no "soap" and is gentle to your skin. I use the unscented for sensitive skin.
3 try a good moisturizer I use Eucerin (dry skin therapy) Calming Creme. It has soothing oatmeal for dry itchy skin. It is a very rich non-greasy moisturizer you can use daily. (can be purchased at Walmart) My Dr reccommended that to me.
4 for your hands ....when you go to bed at night or if your are just going to be sitting watching tv or even while you are on the computer, you can use the Eucerine or other type moisturizer on your hands then put on a pair of moisture gloves. The gloves help to keep the moisture in longer. I use them nightly in the winter months and when I have flare-ups of dry skin at other times. (these are available at Walmart, I got mine at bath and body works...they seem to last longer.)
5 for feet...try a foot treatment for rough dry feet. I have one from Bath and Body Works, but they sell them everywhere. put it on after you get out of the bath or shower and then put on a pair of socks. again do this at night when you go to bed or are just going to be sitting around. The longer you can keep the moisture in the better.
6 try changing the detergent you use to wash clothes to something without perfumes and dyes. Your dry skin could be an allergic type reaction.
Hope something on here will help you find reliefe, and get back your self confidence. I know first hand how tough having skin probelms can be. Good luck, and God Bless!

honey go to a dermatologist. you may have an underlying skin disorder. nothing to be ashamed of we all have issues with one thing or another, in the meantime get you some pure Shea butter. rub it on your hands slip on plastic gloves and run you hands under hot water. keep the gloves on for about 20 minutes. take the gloves off and rise your hands. also real pure Shea butter is crumbly looking it is not a cream at all. good luck and see the dermatologist.

You can go to a store and try to find a Moisturizing lotion. Also there is this ointment thing that I used and it workerd.I forgot what it was called but it was a presciption for me.You should go to the doctors and tell them about your problems and they may prescript you with an ointment or something.

Just get some lotion and apply it several times a day until you get silky smooth hands. If that doesn't work buy a small lotion bottle and keep it in your purse/bookbag when you go to school/work and apply a couple times a day. Best of Luck! =D

you really should see your doctor about this, he/she may recommend a dermatologist, there are some disorders that cause thickening of the skin in these areas
