I am not entirely sure what your question is...
There is a natural tendency, everywhere, toward those who are "not like you". This exists in America as well as elsewhere. We are supposed to be the "Home of the Free" and "Land of Opportunity", but we have issues with racism, as well.
It is a sad state of affairs, but people are going to feel differently towards those that are different. I'd like to think that we are a bit more "tolerant" than most, but we have our issues with racism as well.
We're trying to get better about it, and maybe the world will as well. One can hope, right?

Good question. The guy earlier said it. America advertises itself as the "Land of Opportunity" and "Home of the Free". So its discrimination smacks of Hypocrisy. How can you celebrate the Independence and hold slaves at the same time?
Other countries never promise equality. Also, America is very heterogenous. Most countries can hide its discrimination because they are 90+% one race. Add race to capitalism (which can bring out an ugly form of competition) and yet get racism (a systematic design to win and be superior).

I do not doubt you one bit. But the problem that the US has is that being the world power it is, it's always in the spotlight.
I think it's a lot like being a movie star or for example, Britney Spears. Britney does some things that people might raise an eyebrow to, but in reality, she's not a whole lot different than most people. It's just that because she's Britney Spears, people notice her shortcomings a lot more.
This is one of the reasons why I'm so against our being at war. We set an example of sorts to other nations and lower the bar for tolerance and love in the world. It's a bad thing.

It depends on the area from my experience. Lebanon, Syria, Afganistan, yes, you're going to encounter a problem. But also if you go to places like Turkey, Pakistan, and Israel they seem to be much more tolerant. Why, I frankly don't know. It may be an idea to ask in the history category about blacks in the middle east.

Donna Noble and THe Hammer are about a 0.33 sturdy. First he will blame the BUSH administration, declare martial regulation and decrease our freedoms. next he will open up dialogs with international places to spend money to attempt to police their extremist costing us 100's of billions better. i do no longer trust that guy has a pastime to strive against countless his radicals of his own following that has a contemption for the U.S. He does have an skill to imagine throwing money at a situation will make it bypass away. hence effectively making it a valid economic determination to carry this u . s . a . hostage to completely everyone who has a reason or pork with something. look at his theory of adjusting the abortion situation of youthful human beings in this u . s . a .. Spending billions on over seas abortion clinics. that is how he will use his mindset to strive against terrorism.
