To answer your question I would first have to contradict your statement: You see Indian labor software executives are not paid more than Americans. E.g: The movie garfield was able to hire almost three times the usual amount of software specialists for the same amount in India. A friend of mine was hired getting more than his usual salary because he traveled to India and needed additional revenue to cover his traveling expense.

that's not true , they are under payed compare to Europe and USA citizens, ,dod you realize why India have the backup for Microsoft Software, is basically of cheaper labour and not more
