Check your facts. However, Saddam Hussein was threatening an opressed race and he would have probably used it against his own people, since he didn't mind throwing them feet first into plastic shredders. Just think about it.

Saddam didn't "test" VX gas on the Kurds. He used it specifically to kill these people.
