Demand that she change her phone number. If she isn't willing to do it then dump her. If she is willing to do it, then make sure she receives no more calls from guys. If she is, then well, you have a choice 1) live with it and shut up or 2) dump her for good. Hope that makes it easier for you.

You should stop being jealous. Jealousy is never a good thing. It is a highly destructive emotion with no place in a healthy relationship. Check your insecurity and rid yourself of it, or at least don't take it out on her.
