drink lots of water, run water over your wrists.. it helps, use damp towels on your forehead, and drink hot drinks rather than cold ones.

Found a really neat way to cool down. Buy a hose spray attachment with mulitple spray funtion. Put it on fine mist and pray yourself starting from heat and arms, then legs. You will cool down and not feel the shock of the cold water. Obviously you need to be outside or rig it up in a shower.

Thankfully I'm more heat tolerant than cold tolerant...for all of you melting around the world in the summer heat, I sympathize...

...think of me when the temps drop below about 60° F cuz that's when I'll be miserable...

Christ, I don't know. The air outside is like solid. Just wear a lot of white, thin fabric and carry a gallon of water.

Avoid being outside around noon at all costs, lest one wishes to merge with the pavement.

chilly you could snuggle up in a blanket or upload layers of clothing. warm climate all you may do is be depressing. I stay in Michigan and we've allot of chilly climate yet do merely not get too many warmth waves like we had very last month. i'm so satisfied that is cooler back.

Put your clothes (shirt, shorts) in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, maybe more, maybe less depending on your freezer's settings. Don't put them on too long or you're likely to give yourself shock when you put them back on!! lol Don't get dehydrated, have plently of ice-cold drinks all the time.
