right towards....the...end....you know. I blacked out for a second or 2. It was weird, I got this head rush, then actually I guess fainted for a little bit. What is going on???

If this is a serious question, I'd ask a doctor. It sounds like your blood pressure just went out of wack and might be an indication of something else.

You could be dehydrated, that could be a big possibility, drink a lot of fluids before you have sex.
