4, 1 M, 3 F. From school, internship, first job, second job. 3 married, 1 engaged, 1 just became a mom. Longest is the guy, 12 years (man, where did the time go). Only 2 of them know each other, though all know about each other. The guy now lives in a different state, the girls in different countries (keep in touch almost entirely with yahoo messenger). Common interests... not too many actually, we just clicked, without needing anything in common. Common thread: they're all people I got to know because I sat next to them. Different countries, different timezones, different lives, different lifestyles, one bond.

too numerous to count (not tryna sound conceited either). well...one of my friends has a phobia for balloons, another one sounds like a frog, another one got hit by a storm of acne, another one I have to constantly comfort cuz she's often got problems with her bf who's also my friend, another one whose temper must not be tampered with or else she'll run you over with her Beetle, another one who's a bonafide Giants fan, another one who's in love with the one i just talked about, another one who's in love with the one i just talked about again, another one who's vampire-pale, another one i'm going out with...many, many more
