What can I do to make my sexual experience better with my mate I love him but the intercourse is horrible but the outercourse is great if you know what I mean I love him and do not want to leave him behind this.

See this is difficult to answer with out a little more detail. What makes your sex horrible? Hmm, let's try to take a stab at it...
Timing - his rhythm is off. This is easy to do. Put your hands on his bottom (trying to keep this clean) and control his movements.
Too quick on the trigger - This is very difficult to deal with unilaterally. You're just gonna have to tell him ya need more time to get your groove on. The only other thing you might want to try is changing up the pace. Men usually pull the trigger obviously because it feels great but what makes it feel great is the rhythm. If you change it up the rhythm will be a factor. The two problems with that though - you need a rhythm to "get yours". So, you might have to chalk it up to a lesson and in the long run you both benefit.
Too stubby, too thin - the only thing I suggest on this is you doing PC exercises. But that will not help the depth. You can only resolve that by position.
Gut - does his gut get in the way? Hit the gym baby. Do it together make it fun and romantic but don't tell him why. Or tell him ya wanna get fit for him but don't like the meat market atmosphere of the gym.
No foreplay - ya just gotta be straight and tell him you need so loving before the luvin'. If he cannot do that...BOUNCE.
