Well,when the bush family owns Shell oil Co.,would you want people to use less?They are all in bed together,oil Co.'s,car manufactures.Up State NY. had a fuel cell,which was going to be marketed to the public for $3000. to $3500.per house hold.It would supply all your household needs,electric,heat,hot water,AC.Well,to make a long wind short,GE bought it up and now nothing to the public.

Exxon made over 10 Billion dollars last quarter...that should answer your question...every lawmaker has their hands in the pot too...that's why laws haven't changed and electric and propane powered vehicles havent really hit the market yet...
