Lift. You need to lift wieghts or do a muscel building activity in order to increase your muscle mass. Get a membership to a gym and go to the free weights. You should lift them for different areas of your body for three to four days a week, alternatiting days of work and rest.
Another option would be fitness yoga. It has really good strength building excersizes and some gyms will offer classes to you for free. Swimming is also great for your arms.
You can also try fasting all day and then eating a lot of carbs at night, but that builds fat, not muscle. You can try meal enhancements and things like protein shakes to up your weight through food, but you should really continue to eat a balanced diet and excersize.
If these fail and you keep losing weight, you should see a doctor because it is not healthy.

I am not an expert, but I know that Sumo wrestlers' technique is to not eat all day so your metabolism drops and then eat really large quantities at night. They eat rice, but you could eat anything.
Generally though its input versus out put. Eat more.
Why do you want to gain weight? Do you want to gain muscle specifically or just weight?

Eat lots of carbs. If you excercise, do it either during the afternoon or evening, not during the morning. Keep eating big, healthy portions regularly, you'll see the results.
