ive had chronic pain in my left foot for as long as i can remember...its at the joint of my toes and foot...basically, its impossible for me to stand on my tip-toes on my left foot cause of the pain. and it only really hurts after alot of exercise.

i got it checked out once thinking i had broken my foot but apparently it wasnt that. im thinking maybe i have tendonitis??

Budding arthritis? MAybe you just need to get better shoes or supports. I have plantars (arch pain) and am going to try one of those stores that test your foot and provide the ideal prosthetic insert to give optimal support and relieve pressure points. Hope it works!

It could be a neuroma....not sure of the spelling. My mom had one and it is basically a tumor on the nerve and from what you are describing it sounds like what she had. Just have a doctor check it out.
