for a while i have had what is like a little disc thing under my nipple. i think it was first caused by playing football and the football strip rubbing against my nipple causing it to go tender. the thing is not sore at all and i cannot feel it unless i actually touch it. it tends to make my nipple purtrude a bit though which isnt the best. was just wondering if anyone else has had this before and if so, how they got rid of it. One of my friends had a similar thing when they were younger but it just went away after a while. i have had this for a while and there are no signs of it dissappearing.

Sounds like a Sebaceous or Demoid cyst.
The fact that it's not sore or tender could be a good sign or not.
Please see your doctor and make sure.

I don't know what it could be but I'd get it checked out by a doctor if I were you, even just to put your mind at rest
