What about hcg levels jumping quickly?
from 20 to 224 in 3 days?

-hCG triples instead of doubling
-sometimes, women with multiple pregnancies claim that they are more nauseous compared to women with single pregnancies - that's because the pregnancy hormone level is a lot higher, causing more discomfort and nausea
-belly pops out earlier than normal

I had twin boys two years ago. It was my 4th pregnancy and I knew from the beginning that something was different. With the other pregnancies, I wasn't sick at all, or very little. With the twins, I was always sick for the first four months. In fact, when I first met with my OB, she asked me about my symptoms and I told her I was sick. The first thing she said was that I might be having twins. One week later at the ultrasound, she was right!

Perhaps you get a little more sick than the average woman. Some women find they feel light headed or dizzy. I would suggest that you go in for an early ultrasound if you have any thoughts or fears about having more than one child.

Not really. Later on you can feel both fetuses moving at the same time but in early pregnancy there is no way to tell with out an ultrasund.

Yeah, the doctor can tell with the heartbeats. You will not 'feel' different with a multi birth for the first few months.

If you mean "multi"pregnancy, a vertical line on the belly usually is an indication.

Well have u started ur period? Well if u have and u have had ur period in the right time then ur not pergnet but u have missed ur periode honey ur way pregnet u need to get some help u honey

there are realy no sighns excpet and ultr sound you once you hit your 4 th month weight will start to increase rapidly but that could also be a sighn of toxcimia

I believe ur morning sickness will be really really bad, check out the stork.net and look at the week by week calender, they have symptoms of twins and stuff, good luck and congrats!

Very rapid weight gain is a possibilty but nothing real solid. You just have to wait to know.
