Small questionaire to all staff.... do they recycle at home? do they think recycling should happen in the work place, plus a suggestion box for ideas on recycling.

Print three of the best ideas and turn them into posters for the office/work place, acknowledging the staff who made them.

Try and find a chariatable use for recycled goods, put up dates about how the company recycling has helped this charity, every few months to keep staff motivated about recycling.
