Probably, wait until after you miss your period or up to 5 days before you miss your period for some early tests. Good Luck

It would be too early. People generally ovulate 10 or more days before their period. You've got to wait till at least the first day of when your period would start but it is better to wait a couple days after that. If you had sex only a couple days before your period, you most likely did not have sex when you were ovulating, you could still be pregnant, but it isn't as likely. Let things take their course. If you and your husband are trying to start a family you will drive yourself nuts if you take a test every week. Just live your life as normal and take a test when you miss your period. I've taken many of tests too early and have learned that I need to just calm down and let things take their course because I was going crazy about it. On average, it takes a couple a year before they get pregant.

Yes it could be too early. It takes 7-10 days for a baby to implant in the uterus. You don't start making the hormone HCG till that happens. So a home pregnancy test or blood test would not be accurate at this point, since it's only been a week. I say wait until Wednesday of next week.

Good Luck.!

Its way to early...you need to chart your cycle and find out when you ovulate. The earliest that oyu can find out if you are pregnant is 3-4 days before your period id due...First Response makes a test that can test this early

Oh yeah way too early! ok here is how it works, if you had sex during the time you were ovulating, and if your egg got fertilized, then it takes from 6-8 days for that egg to implant, then other 8 days for a test to come out positive. So.....was this your case?

Hmm weird an hour ago you stated you haven't had your period since June and you've taken pregnancy tests that came out negative. Seems like you're asking questions just to ask questions. I may be wrong, but why would you now state that you've been trying since Friday and should you test when you've stated in your other question you already tested and they came out negative????????

WAY too early! I'd say wait at least a month....in fact, wait for a missed period. I know trying and not knowing can be gut wrenching...but the less you worry, the more likely you are to become pregnant. Best wishes :)

Not if you get the newer versions of the home pregnancy test that they have now. You should be able to test today and find out if you are pregnant. Good Luck

No, I think you can take a test and it may show the results correctly, but if it's negative, I could be wrong. Sorry!

When you miss your period, THEN it's time to test. Till then you're just wasting your time, effort and money on OTC pregnancy tests.

Give it a few days/weeks!!
