Yes there is. I heard through the sewer pipes that Donatello kicked the bucket so there is not only an empty human sized shell but an opening in the Ninja Turtles if you know martial arts and you are sarcastic.
So seriously, why do you want a turtle shell that big? They aren't like hermit crabs were they find a bigger shell and move into it... the shells are attached. BTW, the only shells that would be big enough would be too heavy to stand up in.

Make one out of chicken wire, and papier mache and poster paints. It's cheap, easy and fun. Go to the library for a book on crafts.
Why not parade around pretending to be a turtle--Could pick up a hot turtle egg!

you could use wire and paper mache and make it yourself, then spray paint it. would probably be a lot cheaper that way.
