If you want to stop getting angry over the little things, you have to intervene with a new way of thinking. 1) You could tell yourself that it is stupid to be so worked up about something little and insignificant. (No crying over spilled milk); 2) you could reframe your thinking by changing the way you are viewing the negative situation (turn it into a positive); 3) you could give yourself a time-out to cool-off away from the situation.

Sometimes, anger is an appropriate response. For instance, if someone were trying to hurt you, you should be angry about that. Reserve anger for the big things, not the petty things. Yes, we all get annoyed and frustrated at times but you must decide for yourself if this is something that you want to be all stressed about.

You may be a control freak. Remember that you can’t control the universe and all in it. The only thing that you have complete control over is yourself.

You can not avoid it due to it will stay with you and then start bothering you physically. I believe it's on how you learn to deal with your anger. If you try to always be awhere of when your becoming anger and try to take care of it while it's happening. For instance tell whom ever your getting anger with why your anger and try to solve the problem then.If it's little things there is the rule of counting to ten. Sometimes I do that and it makes me laugh cuz it's so stupid. All I can say is you have to learn how to deal with your anger.Good luck.

Anger is an emotion anyone has. We need not avoid it, but look into it. It helps us to understand ourselves more clearly.
What that makes a person angry, may not have the same effect on another person. So, every person is unique and different.

Try not to let things bother you, think of it as water rolling off a duck's back. Just let it roll off. Take deep breaths and remember that nothing is worth you getting stressed over. Anger is not good. It causes physical, emotional, and mental harm to yourself and perhaps those around you.

Righteous anger is good as it lets off stress. You realize where mistakes are made and makes you do better. And as long as the anger doesn't turn violent and self-absorbed.

Anger is a natural emotion. It would be harmful to suppress your anger, but it would be dangerous to not control it. I suggest you get a psychologist.

try practicing yoga, or meditating on a regular basis. maybe drink some tea too. once a day for these three should really calm your nerves and keep you from flying off the hinge over little things.
