When I was about 25 weeks I went and had a 3D/4D ultrasound they told me I was having a little girl.... But lately I have been having dreams and thoughts that when I have my baby it is going to be a boy. And I am going all out with the girl thing I have a pink stroller and car seat... Is it normal for me to have these dreams or do you think they could mean something?

No that is totally normal to have dreams like that. I kept having dreams my baby was a girl...I never had a dream it was a boy, but when I went and had the ultrasound, it turned out to be a boy...I still have dreams my baby is a girl though...it just happens. Also, I've noticed my dreams have been a lot crazier since I have been pregnant...I don't know why!

The ultrasounds are pretty accurate, especially the 3D ones. I'm almost positive, if they said it's a girl, then it is!

Good luck, and Congrats!!!

Yeah I don't know but with the 3D/4D ultrasound their more accurate then a regular ultrasound. You can see more. So you will more then likely be having a girl. But keep your reciepts just in case, so if the baby ends up a boy, he doesn;t have to have a pink car seat! Good Luck!!

OK here we go.... I have the same feeling. I was told it was a girl but everyone in the street who sees me be like Oh its a boy right? I be like not from what da doctor's told me. ALL my dreams that involve my baby its a little boy. I think that just means subconsciously we want a little boy. I know several occasions where people I know were told that they were having a boy and they ended up with a girl. But none we ever a case where a girl was mistaken for a boy so??? I guess we are going to get our little girls. Good Luck!!!!

You are going to have a girl. The 3D ones are pretty clear. The regulare ones can only really tell you for sure if you are having a boy, unless the baby gets in the perfect position. Crazy hormones can cause weird dreams. Just relax.

You never know, cause my mom was pregnant with twins they told her she was having boys and she had a boy and a girl. When I was pregnant They told me I was having a boy, I had dreams of having a boy and now I have a 4 month old girl. Ultrasounds are about 95% accurate.

Good luck, God bless and congratulations!

I know someoene who had several incorrect ultrasound readings that said girl instead of boy, however, ultrasounds are definitely more reliable than dreams! Dreams can just be reflections about what we're wondering about. Just buy everything winnie the pooh to be on the safe side!

When they say it's a girl, that means they are seeing a "lack" of something rather than actually seeing it...so it's possible that their guess in inaccurate. While they are usually pretty accurate, you never know. I really hope they were right, considering you already bought the pink stuff. Best of luck!

They are pretty accurate, but not 100%. You might want to hold back on all the pink things for a while -- I was absolutely / positively / 200%, having a girl ----- then I delivered my son.
