I need to find a job. Easy huh?

I have a few years experience working with children of all ages and abilities in an educational setting and a similar number of years working in the retail environment. I have worked as a Learning Support Assistant, Learning Mentor (working with behavioural problems and main stream GCSE students) in the Educational sector and within RetaiI I have worked at different levels including Assistant Manager. I'm an easy-going, hard working, intelligent young man, but have always gone for work that is rewarding and enjoyable. Unfortunatley this means low pay (don't know why, it's hard work!), so now I'm looking for work that pays enough for me to pay my debts off quicker and have a life for a change. I have looked on all the job sites I can find and even junior/trainee positions are looking for a minimum of 12 months experience, which confuses me. I am now stuck, I have come to the end of my contract and am struggling to find a new job. What can I do?

i wouldnt pass to a advantageous initiate or possibly a house strart as your son is 9. those centres are greater for youthful little ones and for mothers who want a touch help. those baby minding centres are meant to be for mothers desiring help. and that i dont htink they're going to comprehend absolutely everyone who'll babysit. identity pass to a close-by nursery and ask ther in the event that they comprehend absolutely everyone. at present skills dont remember with babysitters and not many have qualifiactions in chilcare that'll babysit. this isnt a bad concept yet placed up a advert the two interior the shop window or interior of reach newspaper. tell them what you're searching for for and which you truly want references and could do tests. alot of the people who come decrease back to you will merely have the adventure and not the abilities. i dont comprehend whya your that bothered approximately skills. your sons 9 and it will merely be a case of sitting dow minding. it isnt like hes a baby who will awaken at an identical time as your out. so i wouldnt anticipate too plenty from a baby minder

Thought you said you had experience - in retail and childcare?
What's confusing about that?
Surely you have 12 months experience in either?
Just bung in loads of applications. If you don't try, you'll never get the opportunity to get an interview to be able to explain your position........
Good luck though.
