Limewire contains NO spyware, Torrent, however, is a hacker's platform.
Rather go for Limewire, I've been using it for 3 years now, no probs ever!

get a torrent program like u torrent and go to the many torrent sites u torrent does not take up all your processor power and is pretty good
Limewire has a lot of spyware with it.
