The Great Barrier Reef, I believe is what you're looking for

The largest living organism known on Earth is a unicellular slime mold. That's right... it's bigger than sequoyas and blue whales and it's one cell! For those who claim that the barrier reef is the largest living organism, you're wrong. The reef is many different individuals living in a colony. Just for fun, the smallest living organism known on Earth is a nanobe, a unicellular being that is 2-20 times the width of a plasma membrane (an outer boundary of all normal plant, animal, fungus, protist, and archaebactera cells).
