I was a huge Van Halen fan back in the 80's- early 90's (the original band) and didn't start taking to the new Van Halen with Sammy Hagar until I met my boyfriend. Since Eddie got cancer and divorced from Val Bertinelli, he seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. What is up with this guy? He was voted as Guitar World's best guitarist of the 90's. If you have any vintage photos of Eddie rocking out, please post them....thanks.

Go to www.vhnd.com there you can find current info on Ed, unfortunately he is scoring music for porn! There is a link to the video clip, or just the sound clip on the site.
Van Halen is still on hiatus, apparantley because Ed has no control over his alcohol/drug problems anymore... this is also affecting his playing.

he's a fall down drunk ... they tend to ..just disappear.
