Earwiggs. Are the clippers on the rear-end of the bug? If it is then it's more than likely an earwigg. They do pinch too.

Earwigs are associated with moisture. Before trying pesticides, try reducing the amount of watering in that area. That will reduce or eliminate the problem. Too much moisture is always the cause.

Probably earwigs. I had them too. I went to Home Depot and bought something that attaches to my garden hose and sprays insecticide through the water. Spread it around the base of the house and about 15ft around the perimeter. worked great.Don't remember the name of the product, but it is in a spray type bottle

What you have is an EARWIG. They eat dead and decaying vegetation and thrive on moisture. They come inside when it is either to wet to dry outside. They do no harm even though they look vicious. (They can't bite or sting you) Spreading a insecticide granular product outside might reduce them.
