I believe it does. Especially men's.
You see, all these electronic devices emit radiation, even if in low amounts and eventually they do harm to the man's testicles where the sperm is produced and there is research to show men's sperm-count is down in this century more than 25%!
In third world countries - this has not been the case.
Other factors are modern underwear, polluted water and air, drugs, artificial foods etc.
