No. Love cannot be forced. Something you might feel that you are compiled too, but at the end of the day, it's something that's either there, or not.

Of course not. You should be free to be friends/companions/whatever with whomever you choose. If he should become insistent on the matter, take extra steps to avoid him and/or protect yourself & your personal safety.
