Soak in hot water and soap for 3 hours. Then run through 3 laundry cycles. If not gone, repeat.

Don't laugh but you have to pour pee on it (fresh urine) and let it soak then spray windex on it and it will break apart with a gentle rub with a towel.

Try nail polish remover. I know it works on hard surfaces, it couldn't hurt.

if the clothing is white you could buy a clorox bleach pen it will do the job.
