I just found this kind of tick, but has also a pair of pliers as a small scorpion Does any body knows what is? I´ve checked on the web, nothing similar...

I'm assuming the "pliers" you mention are actually "pincers". Ticks do not have pincers. The only body part on a tick that looks like that are the mouth parts.
As far as what it is, I don't know - but you might try looking up arachnid's since ticks are arachnidae. you may be able to find something that would match it.

Never seen a tick with pincers.
