Sounds to me you are dealing with a transsexual. A man that want to be a woman so he dresses and acts like one and takes hormones which are causing him to develop breasts. He may be on his way to an operation that would remove his penis and replace it with a vagina. If you don't mind that, then stay in the relationship, otherwise it's time to leave.
It has also been mentioned that this person could be a hermaphrodite. This is a person that is born with both male and female sex organs, one of which is predominate over the other. Generally the parents pick one way to dress and raise their child, either as male or female.
It is in no way the person's fault, but you need to make sure which they are, hermaphrodite or transsexual.

Your girlfriend has breast and acts like a women but has a penis? If you are not wanting the penis then you have to break up with her.

If this is truly a serious question, your girlfriend is a hermaphrodite. She is born with at least some of both sets of sexual organs. These people are usually not able to have children. But they are still people like you and me. They face a lot of predjudice. I understand if you don't want to continue an intimate relationship, but please, be her friend.

Well, having read all the replies here, I have to say that your girlfriend is a homaphrodite. I had a girlfriend many years ago who had a clitoris almost 2 inches long .... a very small penis ...... and she was no tranny I can assure you.

That is a birth defect. boys can be born that way to with a vagina and a penis. Its not rare but it happens.She is and hermaphrodite. But if you love her you should accept her for the way she is until she makes the decision on whats she wants to be.

maybe she is a hermaphrodite. some people (a very small percent) have a really small penis, not fully formed , that would be a hermaphrodite, but a full one --- that would be a trans-sexual, meaning she use to be a he- or is in the process of transforming...
