I have health insurance from my company. Premium is deducted from salary every pay cycle. But company charged me premium when I had no helth coverage. I requested them to refund my premium. But nothing happened. Can I complain this to some gevernment department?

try the labor dept. cause i do know that if anybody try to screw with pay roll it is a fed prob.

well when your out of work for a lay off or due to an illness your company will not take your insurance premium out of your pay untill you are back to work in which time they can actually double the amount to get you caught up and up to date with your weekly deductions.

Take it to Payroll or HR. If they won't do anything about it, then they might be embezzling you. So then take it to the police. At the very least, to an attourney.

yes you can complain to the labor department. its a labor issues.
