Because you're a closet case Bi-polar and you generally despise ignorant, inept people who are given allowances and therefore promotions because they are pitied and socially reliable but completely lack any kind of job related skills, intelligence or talents.

You also quit because of your tendency toward blunt honesty which often rubs people the wrong way. You hate the fact that the workplace is often overwrought with sycophants, liars, schmoozers and phony as*sholes and would rather be run over by a truck than have to smile and fake it for one more second.

Oh wait... That's why I quit.

I don't know you. I have no idea why you quit. and personally, I don't really care.

Good luck to you!

Because you realized that in order to take over the world, you could no longer sit back and be known as just "the pizza delivery boy". No! You had your sights set on bigger and better things! Grinning with evil anticipation, you rubbed your hands together in delight as plans of world domination and global tyranny flew around in a chaotic jumble inside your head. As you stepped out the door and said, "Catch ya later Tony", you realized it was probably the last time your co-workers would be seeing you as an equal and not the "Ultimate Ruler of the Known Universe!"

The reasons why a person quit his job is that he is not happy with it or he has some good offer from other company.

You got fed up with having to do all the work while other "co-workers" sat on their butts, drinking coffee, eating donuts and talking about who got nailed last night in "The O.C."

You found something better or you didn't get the raise/promotion you were promised (or perhaps not necessarily promised, but the raise/promotion was alluded to and you feel jaded now).
