Depending on your phone type, look on the menu under display, then skin or background. You can customize or pick a stock one from the file.

It depends on type of phone you have most phones are menu>settings aka phone settings>display. Check you instruction manual or call Cingular customer service. There number is 1-800-331-0500 . You can also dial 611 from your cingular cell and its free.
Or they have this feature on their website. https://onlinecare.cingular.com/support/content.do?page=phone-device-support. Thats the link. You just tell them what kind of phone you have and stuff. There is a chance though that You can't change it at all. I had a phone like with AT &T before the merge. Good Luck!

You have to get your phone re-flashed or reformatted to its original manufactured settings.

Because phones that comes from Cingular or Tmobile are already pre loaded with their softwares.

To remove it.. You have to get it re-flashed!!

To get it re-flashed you have to look for Mobile Technicians!

Warning!! Getting your phone re-flashed void the limited warranty from Cingular.
