the label just says white consolidated industries and I'm assuming it is white westinghouse. built in 1996

find the serial number somewhere on the inside. the model number too. if you know what part you need look at www.repairclinic.com model number will show pictures of the parts. ship the next day. If it's more than that call a repair guy.

If their doing day care they need to chill out majorly. But as for the scratch depending on bad it is go down to your local auto parts store they have something that will repair scratches. For the life of me I don't remember the name. Sometime they advertise it on TV.
