It's hard to believe you don't have even one friend. Are you very shy? Are you too pushy or too eager? Do you only talk about yourself? Are you too self-conscious, worrying about how you'll come across to others?
If you are in school (pretty sure you are, 'tho), look around at how other kids seem to have made friends. Go up to another person who seems like they don't have too many and begin talking.
The best way is to just put yourself out there. Make a first step, instead of waiting to be approached.
Of course, another option is to join a club or something where people with your same interests go.

Why don't you have any friends? Ususally everyone has at least one friend. If it's just that you need someone to talk to, then I'm here. I'm a good listener.
