I am still trying to find that out! A product by Plus+White called 5 Minute Power Gel Bleaching is pretty good, 'tho. Comes in a tube. Put it on your teeth using a cotton swab; leave on for 3-5 min. Then rinse. Use 2x a day. After 2 wks., just use once or twice a week or a few times a mo.

It's not as good as professional bleaching: I don't think anything is, but it's not bad.

*Home Remedies for Teeth Whitening *

1. Take a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tsp of salt. Make a paste. Apply this on the yellowish tint.

2. Use the inner white part of an orange peel to rub teeth for a lovely white shine.

3. Take half teaspoon of bi-carbonate of soda mixed with a little water to form a paste. Rub this on your teeth.

4. Dried & powdered Bay leaves combined with dried orange peel is an excellent whitener.

In these ways you can whiten your teeth in your own home.

In my unprofessional opinion, I think that if you get the whitening toothpaste and brush your teeth frequently, it helps. But baking soda is really the only way I know of.

You can buy a product called White Light, it uses light technology to whiten your teeth. Beauty pageant contestants use it. Miss USA 2004 used to use it. I bought mine at I think a Walgreens drug store, but some Wal-marts also carry it. It has this tiny light that you put up to your teeth after you put the solution on.

Crest whitestrips or other white strips work very well. Also, I just bought an electric toothbrush and was amazed at the difference of appearance! They are whiter, feel cleaner, and have a pearly luminescence.

Peroxide! women have used it on their hair for many years to lighted it and i've used it on my teeth for a long time.

It tastes horrible and be careful to not use too much, you'll see a difference shortly.

Stay away from colas and dark colored beverages.
