I never thought clowns were ever funny... but not scary either, I'd say just creepy

It just depends on what they are trying to do. They could be both like on the movie It he was suppose to be scarry but clowns at carnivals and stuff are there to make you happy and entertain you.

They're funny when I go to the circus with my friends,but if i see them alone in the other place,they looked scary.
