Do you mean the ones that don't require a prescription and will give anyone medications?
Don't go to those places. There is no proof that the pills you are purchasing are even the correct pills. I recall a study I read once, often the pills are of the wrong dosage, and manufactured in substandard conditions. If you need these medications, just go to a regular pharmacy. If you live overseas and are looking for a pharmacy, you might try asking a local doctor which ones are reliable, or maybe the US Embassy or local hospital will know.
